Larry has been involved in the arts and in the film and television
industries for many years and has received numerous awards. 
He was a national Emmy finalist for his work in San Francisco as
Director of Graphics for several national television series,
including a science series for The Disney Channel. 

He has written and directed hundreds of television commercials
seen across the Southeast and he continues to provide production
and art services for commercials and films in the region. 

Larry has a Master of Fine Arts degree from The University of
Tennessee and has always had a love for teaching.  He has worked
as a Media Consultant at The University of North Carolina at
Charlotte, managed a private art school in Cornelius, NC, and
currently teaches painting at Central Piedmont Community
College in Charlotte.  He also offers classes in painting, drawing
and photography at several other venues in the area.

His paintings have been included in several regional exhibits
and galleries, and one of his murals is part of a permanent
display at the Schiele Nature Museum.  His artwork may also
be seen (briefly) in many films, including “The Notebook” and
“The Ultimate Gift”, and in the television series “Army Wives”.
